This position will oversee, monitor, and maintain situational awareness and daily activities of PCCA properties and facilities with PCCA customers, tenants, operators, agents and stevedores; while providing support to the Wharfinger.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Master’s Degree or equivalent or three to five years grants-related experience preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) during course of employment. This position will lead all aspects of grant pursuits, ensure timely and efficient submission of grant application and reporting of documents. Grant application development will involve researching, identifying, outlining, developing, writing, and submitting applications; reporting functions include tracking, collecting, and submitting required reports and documentation to administer grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Valid Class C driver’s license required.

Associate’s Degree and two years related experience required. Experience in public transportation preferred. Provides technical, analytical, and reporting assistance to the service planning and scheduling functions involving fixed-route scheduling, service detours and Valid Texas driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Two years of relevant experience required. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Responsible for overseeing daily operation including managing sales and inventory, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supervising sales associates.

No experience required. Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must meet store operating policies and procedures. Provide customers with prompt services, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

High school diploma or GED required with one year IDD experience and a valid Texas driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance. Able to pass drug screen, criminal background check and company training. Supervise a group home for 3 or 4 individuals with intellectual and developmental Disabilities (IDD) to include and supervision of home, adjunct staff and the individuals; interface professionally with case management, day program and nursing personnel as need.

Six months commercial painter work experience required. Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives. Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting. Smooth surfaces, using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool, or sanding machines. Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors or homeowners to determine work requirements. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats. Tape and float sheetrock prepare for paint.

High school diploma or GED required with one year IDD (intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) experience. Supervise a group home for 3 or 4 individuals with IDD to include care and supervision of home, adjunct staff and the individuals. Must have valid Texas driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance and able to pass drug screen, criminal background check, and company training.
