High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Texas Motor Vehicle Operator’s Class C License required. Must possess a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Class “D: water Distribution license and a Class “I” Wastewater Collection license or Class “D” Wastewater Treatment license or be able to acquire both within six months. Must pass a physical examination, drug screening, and background check. Responsible for, the installation, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
